Joseph Littman

Joseph Littman is a native Floridian, born and raised in the South Florida area. Joe has practiced law in Florida for 30 years, primarily focusing on civil litigation. His legal practice encompasses complex commercial litigation, residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury protection claims litigation, business transactions, property damage claims litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, and representing residential and commercial policyholders engaged in first-party property damage disputes with insurance companies.

In recent years, Joe has transitioned into the role of a neutral mediator, leveraging his extensive experience to assist parties in effectively resolving disputes amicably.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University in 1992 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1995.

Outside his professional commitments, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children.
